I have lived here for almost 2 years and have loved most of it. Except for this one neighbor that loves to get drunk and drive. My first month here he was trying to back into a parking spot and hit my car. The village patrol, the bend staff and the Dallas police got right on it and got me my money. The staff is great. They really are truthful and will work with you. There is one not so nice thing...the apt is entirely too small for the price. $600 for an apt that is only 503 sq. ft. that's ludacris, but hey...the community is one of the better ones to live in.
