The apartments are your basic starter apartments, nothing special. It had good access to stores and shopping. Lower Greenville night club district was also pretty close to the complex. The grounds were kept up and looked nice.

The problem was in the saftey of the complex. While I lived there (only 9 months) I recieved 3 notices on my door about assaults and rapes (forcing people into thier apts at gunpoint/knife point and sexually assaulting them) within about 2 or 3 months. That alone made my mind up leave the apt complex. Nothing else needed to be said.

Parking for visitors was a mess. Pests (particularly ants) were also a problem.
