I've lived here for about a year now, and it's O-K.

The apartments are poorly insullated, theres huge gaps in the doors that lead out to the hallways and if you have french doors in your apartment, there's huge gaps there too, so you waste alot of money on a/c in the summer, and heat in the winter.

They're generally nice, though.
