My husband and I moved here in Feb of this year.... we thought it was going to be awesome! But we were dead wrong! Lots of noise... drive-bys constantly.... lots of kids yelling, screaming, and running around. People fighting outside... loud music... lots of trash. There's been 2 ocassions when the hot water didn't work. We have been told once when we were having a barbeque outside that not more than 2 people can be down stairs at a time.... manager once told us that we can't stand outside our door (we were just smoking a cigerette) or else she'll call the cops. apartment across from us was once a crack house.... lots of drugs and crime in these apartments. we're very unsatisfied with them. if we could we would leave now. but we can't break our lease. roaches all over the place... can hear the pipes from the other apartments... when they turn on their showers and things of that sort... reminds me of a cheap motel. management threaten to charge $50 for every trash bag that's not in the dumpster, they will open it up and search through it to see who it belongs to and then take it back INSIDE your apartment... or if there's excessive trash outside of a building they are going to charge $50... it's a whole bunch of --------...it's just not some place that you want to live... so again...
