I agree with this person. The wood is rotten and the paint is falling off the buildings because the sprinklers are just inches away from the buildings...bugs, bugs, bugs.
I am moving at the end of my lease.

WHAT! This place is not that bad... PLUS Bent Oaks Apartments is getting a face-lift in a few weeks. My building is going to be completely remodeled and is going to look brand NEW! So bugs, bugs... WHY DON’T YOU BUG OFF!!

I love Bent Oaks! It is the best place to live!! The STAFF is the best and it is going to be a sad day when I HAVE TO LEAVE!!!

Try The Kensington or Saddlebrook. They are across the street from BO and each have
GOLF COURSE VIEWS.
No mold, and sincere mgt.

Everyone is allowed to make their comments BUT immature individuals only feels power when they can attack another person's comments. I have experienced exact same as "MOLDILOCKS". Management will NOT admit to any issues but requires me to sign a Legal waiver having the complex not be held responsible for any medical or lawsuit for the mold problems to get any of my security deposit refunded! Get that admission to guilt!
