Building six has one of the best views in Dallas!! The back of the building looks out over Preston Woods golf course. In fact, building six has a golf course view coming available at the end of the month!!!

"Love Building 6"? Let's take a look...SERIOUSLY. Right to left... there are rusted compressors, electrical boxed falling off the wall, a wire on top of the 3rd floor roof, exposed pvc pipes, peeling paint, downspouts with holes in them, rotten wood,shutters falling off the front wall, first floor dirty breezeway roofs with large gaping holes by light fixtures,exposed wires that have been painted to look like thay are part of the building, chimney damage,jumbled tv cables, uncovered, green plant growth on the sides of the building and on some patios.holes in the wood, The front of building 6 FACES the dumpster and the stench is really bad sometimes in the summer months when it heats up. Come out and see for yourself...and maybe you will "love building 6" too.

This is the TRUTH. Call Code Enforcement. Ask them about the recent violations COME IN AND LOOK FOR YOURSELVES. Don't take my word for it. COME AND WALK AROUND... PLEASE Come to this rotten filthy mess and see for yourselves.
