I love Bent Oaks! The complex is nice and quiet, with plenty of greenery just outside the window. . . not concrete like you find at most complexes. Sometimes, I don't even feel like I live in the DFW metroplex.

I love watching the squirrels just outside my window, as they run up and down the numerous trees. And I love the sound of owls hooting in the night. And the crickets. And occasionally, a person can catch the glimpse of beavers frolicking in the creek below. This place is definitely a hidden oasis in the middle of a cement laden metropolis.

And the staff has always been extra friendly and helpful. My neighbors are all professionals, who are quiet and keep to themselves. . . except for maybe one or two nutcase busybodies, but you will always find busybodies anywhere you live! Nevertheless, there are no loud boom boxes blaring at 2 AM on a Saturday morning.

This place is great. Ample parking. Attentive staff. No hassles. Quiet. Luscious greenery outside the window. Can't beat it!

In this hellhole? It is falling apart and management changes all the time here...Donna the manager is gone, Evie is gone, Blair is going, and these is a temp in the office now. Ashleigh is soon to go.It is just NASTY here. Not worth the filth, broken pipes, rotten wood, exposed wires, and mold. People reading this...COME DOWN AND SEE FOR YOURSELVES... PLEASE! It's not worth it!
