Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I have lived here for 3 years and have been disgusted at what has happened to this place in the past 7 months.
They are moving anything that can breath and walk in here just to pay for the renovations.
I am afraid to walk out of my apartment for any length of time.
Where is the insulation' There are holes in the sides of the buildings when the old boards are being replaced and there is nothing in the walls.Why is no one putting in new insulation'
My apartment has been flooded and I have talked to other people who this has happened to.This is a staging area for mold to grow INSIDE... while you see only new exterior.
They keep talking about the golf course...I don't live ON the golf course...do you'
Management is gone most of the time and there is only ONE guy to fix things for 200 units.
How long will you have to wait if something goes wrong in your apartment'
The reviews are correct about the dumpster.
I am leaving and hope you will consider this review before moving here.
