We have lived here for 10 years and can't believe how this place is now being run by the current staff (particulary the Apt. Manager). In the past, the staff encouraged a "neighborly environment", while current mgr. barely speaks to residents--you only get her full attention if you are new meat looking for an apartment. Most people we've known as neighbors over the last 10 years have moved out as a direct result of this new mgr. The dumpster is a total mess over the weekend--the new crop of folks that are now being recruited to fill the empties left by longtime residents are litterers and won't curb their dogs! You will literally find whole bags of trash strewn about the parking lot, not to mention the fast food bags complete with soda cups tossed out of cars.
If you are planning to move in do not expect to get your deposit back. Every resident that has moved out (we've spoken to at least 5 regarding their move-out hassels) has been intimidated into paying extra for "carpet repairs" and not one has had their deposit returned. One rumor circulating about one shady little practice of this manager doing a walk-through, having you sign it, then changing it so that it reflects other damages---SO DO THE WALK-THROUGH WITH HER! Consequently we are moving out as soon as our lease is up. Renter Beware!!
Also, we are getting notices cautioning us to protect ourselves,our apts. and our cars--we've been having break-ins.
We used to recommend our friends to move in and were quite successful, until Corporate fired Donna and hired this new gal. They have lost many recommendations and much respect.
