Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
If you liked Nikita you would've loved the manager before her. It's sad - when I first moved in there it was wonderful. It only lasted about 6 mos though. I was ecstatic when I finally got to move after about a year and a half. I absolutely hated it there by the time I left. In my opinion they should sell the property to someone who will actually come through and make improvements.
