I have been here for nearly a year now, and was around when someone vandalized a few of the cars in the neighborhood. My car was broken into twice in the last place where I lived (Southwest Plano), so I was a worried. To my recollection, within that same week the Bent Oaks managers hired a patrolman to walk the grounds nightly. People may be unsatisfied with the change in management, but I'm personally satisfied with how many improvements they try to make around here when needed. I just got new counterops that are far superior to standard white ones, and insulation was recently added to my building. They care about us and where we live.
