I have lived here for a year and a half and while I love the layout and inside of my apartment, the managment and maintenance have been consistenly terrible. When I had roaches the manager told me that it was ok because big roaches don't have babies. There was a port-a-potty outside my balcony for a year and the manager kept denying that it was there - let me tell you how great that smelled in the Texas heat. When my air conditioning was not working properly this summer the maintenance man told me to put foil on my windows. Now, I cannot consistently get hot water and have been told that a part needs to be replaced but management refuses to pay for it. Yes, the property is nice and the rent is reasonable, but if you expect timely repairs do not move here.
