The Bent Oaks Apartments is owned by a private group of investors who don't play fair, or by the common rules granted apartment dwellers any place in Texas. They operate the property like a group of attorneys looking to gauge you for every penney the law allows. Read the contract, all fifty pages front and back because they will use every one of those clauses against you, from day one. This property is the most insane place I have ever got screwed over by. Please run, and don't look back.
