Okay, I've lived at Bent Oaks for years. It used to be a wonderful property with a wonderful management team. I can understand things such as construction noise and dust which comes with updating the property, and I understand the water heater ocassionally going out.

But, I have rats. And not just me...but my entire building is infested with rats. I have spoken with at least 3 neighbors, who have in turn spoken to other neighbors.

This has been going on for at least 3 months. That's when I first saw droppings in my kitchen, and not long after we got notices on our doors about rodent control. Since then, it's just gotten worse. I have "visitors" every night. I hear them scratching and scurrying. I see rat droppings EVERY morning. I'm starting to have nightmares, I feel sick thinking about preparing food in my kitchen. I can't go barefoot in my home anymore.

It's disgusting. Why can't they control this problem' Why haven't they offered to move me to a different building' I'm fed up.

This property has steadily declined over the last few years. It looks beautiful, and I know they spent a lot of money renovating, but there is something severely wrong at the heart of the management and the owners. You will be sorry if you sign a lease here. I promise you that.
