Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I've lived here since October, 2006, and I have no complaints.
It's in a wonderful location, less than five minutes from Addison, and not on a major roadway - zero problems with traffic noise!
My apartment was clean, has a great layout with a pool view, large balcony, and had new carpet. The landscaping is very good and is a very welcoming place to live. The floor plan is great plenty of closet space and wood floors in the kitchen, bathroom and entryway.
Management has been great - very friendly and helpful (especially Britney) and I haven't had to have a single thing fixed in the 9 months I've been here.
Overall, very clean, fairly quiet, comfortable place to live.
I have and would recommend Bent Oaks to my friends.
