I have lived here for 8 months, having downsized from a house after 30 years. The biggest asset of the community is the management staff. They are very responsive to requests and followup up with a phone call to make sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. They provide several meet your neighbors brunches each year. There is a basketball court, small pool, very adequate exercise room. I have a golf course view and absolutely love it. Yes, I can hear my neighbors upstairs when they walk around, but for me it's just a nice confirmation that there is someone else around. The layout suits me and, unless you are a major pack rat, there is enough room.

I can vouch for MOST of the office ladies being helpful. I have lived her going on 5 years now, and the newest property manager we have (the older lady in charge right now) still doesn't remember I live here when I go to the office for any help. She also likes to speak down to people, and not really pay attention to what you are saying when you talk to her... she will just sit and look at you with that blank stare on her face... Other than that it's an excellent place to live!
