1. Horrible Management 2. Rat Problem 3. Hot water Problem 4. Roaches/bugs (mainly in kicthen) 5. They find ways to charge you for no reason 6. I have lived in apts all my live and this was the worst one!!!

I've lived here since Feb 2008--over 13 months--and I've never seen a rat or even a bug. The management has always been helpful, and I have never experienced a lack of hot water. I can't believe you're living in the same apartments I am.
