Under new management, same poor maintenance

The new name for Bent Tree Court and Bent Tree Gardens is 'Bent Tree Park'.

So far the new management is still ignoring all maintenance requests unless they are facing legal action.

Also, almost 50% of both apartment complexes have foundation problems and termites.

I will say they are getting new A/C units, though they are cheap and do not work as good as the old ones.
