Lived here almost four years. No requests were ever honored in a timely fashion. I had most of the work in my apartment done by an independent contrator to prevent dealing with the office staff. Management has changed but that's about it. There have been no other changes other than the landscaping of the main street (to trick potential residents into thinkg they are that nice al the way through). They apparently do not verify employment or criminal history due to some of my neighbors.
