very bad maint. staff who do not know how to do there jobs. Staff is very bad about handling requests.
Apartments have cracks in them and the flooring is cracked and broken. If you live downstairs, the noise will drive you crazy! and that is just from normal walking. The owner of the apartments stated they would not fix the sub flooring.
Most people leave after 6 months and can legally terminate the lease since the place iss falling apart and a nightmare.
Call the town of Addison and they will say how bad it is there.I am leaving next!
