Maintience?! What maintience?!

The office staff here leave *promptly* at 6 pm every day. If you walk in at 5:55, the door is already locked. The office staff and the maintience people simply do not talk. If you call the office about a maintience issue, they won't pass on the message. You have to use the emegency maintience number. Lived here for a little over a year. Getting them to fix ANYTHING takes an act of Congress! Oftentimes it takes DAYS to fix what should take minutes. Oh, and they keep your deposit too. "Filing Fees" as they call it...what a crock!
