We are moving to Addison in a couple of months and have spent the last 6 reviewing apartments. The negative aspects to this complex I saw were very few. Mainly no gate around the complex and the parking lot could really use repaving. However, the inside of the three we saw were excellent. They have remodeled all the apartments.New appliances, ovens, sinks. Nice marbled floors and spacious layouts. The courtyard is well kept and the pool appeared clean. I would recommend this. It is also a 1 minute drive to the tollway.
