It is not a "huge" fitness center

Berry Trail is a nice community, conviently located and quiet, with fair rent, but the "fitness center" is a fifty by twenty room with about ten cybex pieces and three treadmills. not bad, but not huge either.
Most of the residents are cool, mostly older, but a few jerks have moved in over the past year or so.
Only once did I catch a teenager breaking into a car, not so bad for Dallas.
