Lets start off by saying that these apartments can be use as a cheap way out and with that price comes the downs.I have been here for three years and since the day we moved our stuff in there has been ongoing poblems,I would have to post my number so that we can meet and have coffee to give you all the problems with these apartments. Now I will admit that I really didnt have any BIG problems the first couple of months but when my toilet kept overflowing on my master bathroom and mold was growing around the vents and started to look like it was bleeding thats where me and the apartments fell all the way out.The managers attempt to spray some white kind of spray on the vents to cover it up but by day two the mold started to eat right threw it. I had to take this problem to the Tenet association and call the corporate office and when I called the office and told them that I would be having an attorney contact them which is all true they moved me to another apartment, if any manangement is reading this Im sure you know who Iam very well!!! When I moved I had to pay another deposit and as of right now Im am sweating because they dont want to come fixz the A/C. I have a four year old with Asthma and had to send him to his grandmother because it is so smothering in here, Not to mention the off and on working gates and the off and on towing they have here,Out of all the years Ive been here I have not seen the tow company for months at a time, One time they came and took my sisters car because she had a scratch on her door and towed it and then the next day she came to knock on my door and they were dragging her car away for the same thing. I am tired of these apartments and there sucky staff especially that Robin she doesnt havethe balls to say any of that smack outside of her job, I went in to see all of my work orders and she talked like she was incompetent and didnt kno what to say,. she even locked me out when I stepped out for a min to answer my phone and I gother coming out and cussed her out.. Poor Ted he doesnt know what the hell is going on(so it seems) he never has the correct solution, there is more and more to add but that is the jiff of things around here, My best advice read these reviews and compare I can afford more and I looked at some reviews and bsed my decision on them because who knows better then residents and they dnt have to lie... Im going somewhere that the residents are taken care of and you get what you pay for. So if I hve to pay Carrollton prices so be it,.,

WOW! IVE BEEN LIVING AT THE BILTMORES FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS ALSO SINCE I MOVED IN. IVE HAD A ROACH PROBLEM FOR A YEAR NOW SINCE THE PEOPLE ON THE 3RD FLOOR MOVED IN. THEY ARE FILTHY RESIDENTS THAT DON'T RESPECT ANYONE! IVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED FOR THEM TO COME SPRAY MY APARTMENT AND THE 3RD FLOOR APARTMENT. ALL I GET IS A RUN AROUND EVERYTIME SO I JUST GAVE UP. THEN I HAVE A LEAK ON THE CEILING BY THE FRONT DOOR. WHEN IT RAINS I HAVE TO MOVE MY COUCHES FROM UNDER THE LEAK SO WATER DOES NOT DRIP ON THEM. WHEN THE MAINTAINANCE PEOPLE COME "FIX" THE LEAK ALL THEY DO IS PAINT OVER IT INSTEAD OF FIXING IT. FINALY WHEN I HAD ENOUGH I CALLED ELY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TO TED ALL SHE CAN SAY IS "IM SORRY".. WELL SORRY DOES NOT DO ANYTHING! FIX THE PROBLEM AND MAKE YOUR TENTANTS HAPPY! SO I PUT MY 60 DAY NOTICE IN. WELL A MONTH WENT BY AND A LEASING AGENT NAMED NIKKI CALLED ME TO CONVINCE ME TO STAY. SHE GOT TED TO AGREE TO TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER APARTMENT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT. UMM SORRY HECK NO! SO IF ANYONE IS READING THIS DO NOT EVER RENT HERE!!! YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!! YOU WILL HAVE NO PARKING BECAUSE PEOPLE THAT DONT LIVE THERE TAKE UP ALL THE SPACES, LITTLE HOODLUM KIDS RUNNING AROUND AND SWIMMING NAKED IN THE SWIMMING POOL, WRITTING BAD WORDS ON YOUR FRONT DOORS, JACKING BIKES AND CHAIRS OFF YOUR BALCONEY DURING THE DAY,ROBBERS ROBBING YOU AT KNIFE POINT,AND PEOPLE FIGHTING IN THE PARKING LOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP! THATS NOT EVEN ALL OF IT!THATS JUST THE BEGINNING BELIEVE IT OR NOT. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT HIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS THE LEASING AGENT LORI. SHES THE ONLY ONE THAT TRYS TO GET THINGS ACCOMPLISHED AROUND THEIR.
