I lived here 12 years, so I guess I got a little attached. The building that I lived in is nice. I was by a pool and hot tub and gas grill. These are courtyard type apartments where there is a front and back opening. There is a lot to be said for flow-thru ventilation. Usually the place is quiet and well kept. There is a WD in each unit and hot water at no charge. There is a master antenna so when the tv goes digital, you don't have to spend for cable. There are lots of parks and schools close by. Right on the Bus line, and there is even an On-Call bus that can take you to the train, or stores. Rents are reasonable and management is courteous and respectful. I never had any problems to need maintenance, but everyone said it was prompt and competent. The property has a section that is condos and another that is apartments, but there is little difference except that there is reserved parking at the condos. The spill-over from that fills up the first come first serve parking for the apartments. Parking is inadequate. If I moved back to the area, I would look there first.
