I won't recommend this complex to any of my friends although I spent two years here. The first impression is very good. They have excellent recreation area, small lakes, running trail, fitness center, pools... which is very good for kids. And the location is good, near shopping centers and mall. But if you want to live here, you'd better choose some newer complexs, although the price will be higher. The building in the Bluffs are VERY old. I am on first floor, the closet is very humide, that fungi grown everywhere, even on clothes. What even worse are the roches and other kinds of bugs. I cannot wait to move out. Be aware, if you want to move out earlier, there are huge penalty, which is the only thing keep me here:((
