I have been living at Brentmoor Place for almost three months. It started out great, and has stayed very good. I have not seen one single roach, and the only reason you would see one is if you are dirty or do not take your trash out on a regular basis. The pools are not dirty usually, but if they are, they will lock them until they get them clean - they certainly do not let people swim around with lights floating around. They DO NOT rent to illegals, and I know that for a fact. These people are making that up. I have never had trouble finding a parking place, and if I DID, I would go and ask them for a pass. The security is great and goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants. For the price we pay to live in this area, we can not get much better. The absolute ONLY thing that I am unhappy about is that our bedrooms face the parking lot, so on weekends we hear a lot of bass and always hearing car alarms. Nothing more.
