Worst management in the country

We lived there for about 7 months and this is the worst apartment community that we ever lived in the whole of US. The management staff is very rude and uncooperative. The apartment is nothing great (I would say its average). They used to send us the water and gas bill initially and then all of a sudden it stopped. Then they would charge some random amount every month without showing us the bill.
When we finally had a chance to move out we were charged with exorbitant fees for normal wear tear. They charged us for painting and cleaning the carpet and air ducts. When asked for explanation teh apartment manager was very rude and never bothered to give me any explanation.
If you are looking for an apartmengt in Dallas area PLEASE look else where. You might even be able to find good apartment communities with good management
