First of all, make sure you get a copy of your lease on the day or soon after you move in because these guys say one thing to you just to get you in the door and then the lease states another. This place is one road block after another. If you pay your rent after the 1st this place is not for you. Any payments made after the 1st is considered late and you will be charged $25 if you pay on the 2nd, YES that's correct there is no grace period or late after the 3rd. This complex offers free basic cable through some kind of bundling package they setup through Comcast cable so I'm going to warn you; they might try to charge you $10 a month for the already existing basic cable in your apartment because you?re using broadband on the service they are paying for. They don't understand that Comcast would have had to make that cable live anyway for the cable modem. Beware the manager will try to get you into her maze of circular logic just to get you to shut up. Make sure your pet is at least 9mo old if you have a pet. Make sure your vehicle has no dents and the paint job is up to par otherwise they will consider it esthetically unpleasing.
This is one of those properties with water saving toilets that waste water because you have to flush them 3 times. I really regret moving here and I should have moved to Vail Village Club across the street at 3839 Briargrove Lane those guys where really courteous and they made it so easy, Briargrove at Vail had a better price per sq. ft but I had no idea about the management until my deposit cleared. Oh well, I have one year of insanity and then I?ll move to Vail Village Club.
