These apartments are right in the middle of Addison airports flight path. If you like the sound of private jets buzzing over at low altitude, this is for you. The manager is a direct descendant of the wicked witch of the west and rent is never the same 2 months in a row. They add utilities (which varies) to your rent so you never know what to pay. Everywhere else you pay the same amount for rent and pay utilities separately. They love to charge you $25 in late fees for having shorted your rent by less than a dollar. Complete rip-off.

I viewed Briargrove at Vail on Saturday and paid a $100 dep along with a $25 application fee, after reading your message about these apartments I went back and got my dep back. Thank you so much. Your message really helped.
