Don't move here, Management will screw you

Elizabeth, Briargrove's manager, will be as sweet as she possibly can be until you sign your lease. Once you sign your lease you're in her domain. She stops caring about anything you have to say. That bothered me, but I just didn't talk to her anymore after that and basically forgot about it.

However, come move out time (keep in mind I only lived there for 6 months), I receive my deposit check back and it is nearly $100 less than it should have been. I cleaned the apartment nearly spotless (spent 1 whole day in there cleaning after all my stuff was out, in their smallest 1 bedroom), and was confident all of my money was coming back to me. They charge you for every little detail they can get your hands on, like $15 for a paint touchup on 1 baseboard...$35 for carpet cleaning on carpet that looked basically new when I left...$10 on stove drip pans that were nasty when I moved in...it's absolutely ridiculous. They claimed my bathtub wasn't clean when I soaked it in clorox overnight and it was perfectly white.

I call Elizabeth about my concerns, and all she can tell me is that I am a liar and none of what I am saying is true.

Do not move in here, it is not worth it. The management has made my experience with this apartment complex the worst experience I have ever had. I am never renting again. I am contacting her management company in hopes to get her removed from her position, any help in the matter would be appreciated.
