Every apartment has its problems, but this one is not that bad. I have had my share of problems with it on occassion, but its still an ok place to live.
The staff is increadibly strict, but it is sort of a good thing...they make sure your neighbors don't make lots of noise, or make a mess, and they get maintainence done really fast. Just make sure you keep good records and hang on to anything you sign. As long as you stay within their rules/guidelines, you will be grateful that the staff regulates as much as they do. Apartments are always going to suck because you are sharing space with people all around you, but these guys seem to get that.

There is an airport close by, and sometimes the jets are really loud, but you get used to it. The units themselves are pretty, and clean. And you have alot of closet space. I've never lived in an apartment complex that is perfect, so I'd have to say that this one is pretty OK. I never run out of hot water, and my electric bill is pretty low. The AC/Heat works very well, and the staff schedules pest control every 4 to 6 months or so. I've never had a bug in my apt. You do have to pay for carpet cleaning when you move out, but they tell you that when you sign a lease. Just keep copies, and you wont have too many surprises.
