Well I, like the other long timers on these reviews do not understand where all the bad is coming from. I have been here for 2 years now and have had minimal to 0 problems. The only problems I have had were not with the managment or maintenance people, but with the apartment itself and the surrounding area. Everything was always fixed that day by the maintenance staff if something was wrong. I feel like people that have problems with this place would probably have problems everywhere, and they shouldn't be representative of these apartments for other people. Although I have no idea what kind of problems with the 'company that owns these apartments' could have been. I am guessing its deposit not being refunded, which I cannot vouch for. As far as parking, its adequate at best, if there is a party at someone's apartment, plan on walking some from your parking space.

Well, just wait until you move out and get a bill from them for over $1000. They will charge you for EVERYTHING!! Even if you wrote it on your move in sheet.

I agree about it being a great place to live, but they charged me almost $1200 when I moved out. Keep in mind, I steam cleaned the carpets, cleaned the ceiling fans, cleaned the microwave, and mopped the floors. You are gonna get burned, bad. Then you will believe.

Well we just moved out and got nearly all our deposit back, minus cost for a steam cleaning.

When I moved out they charged us to clean the carpets!! Don't really think thats a good thing to do as it's part of the make ready process.. I think it was 50.00 bucks.. oh and make sure you cover the picture holes on the wall or it's 1.00 per hole!!!
