The manager Elizabeth is a very sweet lady. Maintenance always fixed my problems on that day. That is where the lovefest ends. Parking completely blows. They are selling the uncovered spots now too, so if you don't want to pay for parking, don't live there. Also, the maintenance has two garages and parks in one of the very few open spots. Can't he park behind one of the garages they have their stuff in' My boyfriend could not drive his truck into the apartments because it wasn't appealing enough. Keep in mind, the paint was find, it was just an old bronco that had been jacked up. After I moved out, I received a bill for over $1100. That is almost two full months of rent for damages. I cleaned, steam cleaned, mopped. What else could I have done' I scrubbed drip pans and cleaned the ceiling fans for Heaven's sake. Great place to move in, but don't ever move out. All the nice comments on this page are from current renters. When they move out, their tune will change too. Oh yeah, one more thing, I have a friend that works for the same management company and she said that she would have told me not to move in to one of their properties if she knew then what she knows now.

Maintenance guy are quick at fixing everything.....but the rest of the apartment complex is like living in hell......Yes this is a bad place to live!
