I have never written one of these before and have lived in several apartments over the years. My only hope is that it will help someone else from making a bad decision. From the day I moved in it has been nothing but problems from the "manager" Elizabeth. She informed me that the moving van was not allowed to "park" in front of the building that I was moving into, that they had to park down the street and haul the furniture onto the complex property. I was completely shocked, as I was moving into a third floor. Then one day I came home to find a bag of trash in the doorway as I entered and a note saying that they were charging me $25 for a trash removal fee. First off it wasn't my trash,a neighbor had apparently set it outside their door, and secondly they didn't "remove" the trash, I had to take it to the dumpster myself. When I confronted Elizabeth about the issue, citing that NO WHERE in the lease does it give them the right to charge $25 for that service but also that it wasn't even mine, her only response was that "well we assumed it was yours, so either pay or you're in breach of contract". I paid and got the money back from the neighbor whose trash it was. If you are a single female be prepared to have your apartment entered(on a regualar basis)into while you're gone. Countless times I came home to have my toilet seat up and cigarette butts out on the patio. Apparently the "maintenance" crew hangs out in peoples apartments during the day. If you ever need anything fixed, forget it; my dishwasher and disposal have been broken since I moved in last year. When I informed Elizabeth about these issues she called me a liar and threw a desk calendar across the room. Another time I came home and thought I had been robbed. My furniture and belongings were strewn about the apartment covered in drywall. When I went into the office the next day, they said they had to replace sprinkler head. When I said to Elizabeth that common courtesy would have dictated moving the furniture back into place, she responded with "who do you think you are, the queen of sheba'" Anyway, I don't want to continue to go on and on as there are countless incidents, just don't move here. They are more expensive than others in the same corner block, but the oldest. Irrational doesn't begin to describe the "management".

It is interesting that Big Hal has commented on nearly all these comments. Do you have nothing better to do? How long ago did you even live here? Grow up and move on already. I am sure it would be easy to tear off your tires expecially if you left the car running.
