They have changed management 3 times in the last 2yrs. This last bunch....They are "out of control!" Can't pay rent in advance because Kathy(ASST MGR) does not like doing the paperwork. Dora(MGR) says" if you break a lease, you pay the reletting fee,plus rent until the apartment is rented,(not in lease).Having problems regulating the water/sewage bill.It goes from $60.00 & under(only since they came).We use to have water bills of no more than $12.00.Didn't start paying sewage until they came.They stop checking "criminal records",thy are just trying to fill the complex with whoever.THEY DON'T LIKE PAYING TENANTS FOR REFERRALS, AND THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT 90 DAYS!If that person moves or gets put out,you stuck out.People from other complexes do what they want to do in "OUR" complex!There is constant "ROAD RAGE" AT THE FRONT GATE!! STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THIS SECURITY IS' EVERY TIME YOU CALL BROADMOOR ANSWERING SERVICE, & MAKE A COMPLAINT, THEY SAY CALL DALLAS POLICE! We feel if the proper "authorities" were contacted about BROADMOOR APTS, and their financial records,THEY WOULD HAVE SOME SERIOUS EXPLAINING TO DO!!!!!BECAUSE THERE IS ALOT OF UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES BEING DONE, AND NOBODY IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT...WE(THE TENANTS) NEED TO TALK TO THE OWNERS, OR REBECCA OLIVER, SAUL GARZA, IT DONT MATTER!!!!WE WANT OUR NICE, BEAUTIFUL, QUITE COMPLEX BACK IT'S RIDICULOUS THAT WE PAY $600 & UP IN RENT, AND CANT BE COMFORTABLE IN OUR OWN COMPLEX! WE BET PARK VILLAGE,THE HARBORS-PLUMTREE,ETC DON'T PUT UP WITH NO MESS LIKE THIS!!!
