The new management, IMT, is even worse than Broadstone. I cannot express to you how inefficient, rude, combative, and inattentive the current management is.

If you are wondering why they are giving so many specials on rent right now, do yourself a favor and check the Dallas police department s crime reports at dallaspolice.net.

My favorite part of IMT Seville was the armed home invasion that occurred. Don't expect any sympathy from the management when that occurs, instead expect management to 1) deny that anything occurred, 2) refuse to notify other residents of acts of armed violence, 3) refuse to give you the name and contact information of any IMT management to complain, 4) not let you move out of your apartment, the scene of a violent crime 5) threaten action against you if you tell others about your bad experiences with the IMT, and 6) speak to you at all regarding any aspect of your apartment.

There is a reason that people move out of the IMT Seville as soon as they can it is terrible in every way imaginable.

The maintanence is a joke - exterior light fixtures left broken with exposed wires for months at a time - security features that fail to work for weeks at a time - lights out in the hallways.

lights are also out in the parking area for the loft style apartments...only every other light works...so either something is wrong with the wiring, or they are too cheap to keep all of the lights on.
