THESE APARTMENTS ARE VERY MUCH DRUG INFESTED AND THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE.(carla)

I'm not sure if "Carla" still works there, but my grandma lives there, and I believe "Carla" is a transexual. And yes, these apartments are loaded with drugs, drug dealers, that area used to be so nice, but now it's crap. Here's the worst part, THE SECURITY CAMERA'S AREN'T REAL!!
