we moved into the burgundy apartments in october 07 and i just moved out in may of 08...yes i BROKE my lease because of the landlord and the problems with my townhome. first of all, the landlord was so cool when she showed us the property and convinced us to move in but once we were in it was a living hell! she took me to court for rent like 2 times but told me before that if i had any problems she would work with me...that was a LIE!!!!! secondly, we had MICE!!!! come on now, that is ridiculous, especially when you're paying $850/month and when i told her about it they put down sticky traps that didn't do anything!! we also had a leakage from the ceiling, maintenance came and did something upstairs that stopped the leak for awhile, but then it started again. they took like 2 1/2 weeks to come fix my broken front window that some kid playing outside broke!!! we had a bad experience moving there and i feel like i wasted a lot of money just because i needed somewhere to stay and she seemed so nice and helpful in the beginning. so if you are considering moving there, please PLEASE think twice about it.
