I pray to the Lord God that you read this before you move in to this place. We have lived here for almost 4 years only because we have been promised it was being returned to it's original greatness.
Do not be fooled. Yes there is a parking garage, elevator, trash pick up, and pool advertised. Do not believe the hype. The garage door is never closed homeless people live in the storage closets, breakin to cars at least 3 to 4 times a week. The elevator works 25% of the time and the pool is in an entirely diffent complex. The sewage runs in the garage an walkway in front of the elevator. They have locked the trash pick up closets, but they have not lowered the rent. There have been at least 12 managers in the last 3 years. The current manager Peter although he has been the best manager the complex has had is still the bottom of the barrell. He will make you kick his ass with his smart comments, but don't try it cause he has already hit 91 before you ever walked into the office good. We never got anything fixed the entire time we lived here. I mean nothing. Everything that was on the walk trough sheet is still a problem. They had the audacity to tell us after we had lived there 2 years that they would clean our carpet when we signed a new lease, although we had just signed the second one the previous month. They put a letter out stating that children are not allowed to play outside anywhere in the complex. Your electricity bill will never be less than 250.00 a month. There are huge bugs. Bugs you have never seen before. I saw a bug with 20 legs and it was not a centipede. The foundation is so bad that there are cracks frm top to bottom. You may come home one night and get chased in the garage by a man who came to find the complex hoe. She has sex with men in the garage and leaves used condoms on the ground and any child or you may pick it up on your shoe or step on it and walk into your home with gross hooker secretions on your shoes. We have proof of all of this including the maintenance man discussing some of these findings on recording. As a matter of fact we have all of this on video. Please contact me if you find this unbelievable. I will provide you with a copy of some of the footage if that will keep you from renting here.

SHE IS CORRECT!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!! YOU'RE BETTER OFF STAYING IN THE PROJECTS!
