I just got a letter from a collection agency that is seeking reimbursements in the amount of $2000 from Cambridge!!!!!!!
I stayed with them for 1 year in a mediocre size apartment and was NEVER late on any payments. They insisted that since i didn't tell them 60 days in advance that they are going to charge me $1230 for Failure to give proper notice PLUS the rent for another month for their COST of RELETTING!
This is the most rediculous thing I have heard of ! They offer slightly cheap rent up from but then they GET YOU with ridiculous fees at the end. If this isn't legal ROBBERLY than I am not sure what it is. And I did give them a written notice which was 45 days before because I was out of town most of the time.
They aren't getting another dime from me and I will make sure of it. IF I was you look at Lincoln properties at THE VILLAGE instead of these
