I would encourage anyone coming in to this place to not even bother. We lived with rodents, HUGE Palmetto Bugs (roaches), and ants everywhere(including our "clean" clothes, furniture and bed)for 9 months. When we asked for the problem to be fixed, we were told to "change our sheets more often." Mind you, we were clean and responsible tenants. It's just an awful, awful place. All they care about is the rent check on the first of the month.There is also A LOT of crime, TONS of huge dogs that poop everywhere and sometimes you might even find their stool on top of your car(since the owners brush it off their balconies). Other times, the owners will leave their dogs outside their porches ALL night long and in turn you don't sleep ALL night long because of their barking. At 2AM you'll also hear the cars booming with music as people hang out with their friends outside your window!!!! In a nutshell, it's not worth the price, your sanity, your safety, and your well being.
