I have lived at Camden Glen Lakes for over two years and the new management is horrible! With the complex right off of Central Expressway, the noise level is a major problem. Also being the neighbor to Best Buy is another nightmare with delivery trucks making drops all hours of the night. Renovations are in the works and the tenants are paying the price. My rent will be increasing by 40% if I wish to stay. Many of my neightbors have lived at this complex for 10 plus years and are now being forced out due to the major increases in rent. Management is not working with the current tenants at all (not moving us, not giving us a discount, not providing any assistance at all) and are basically forcing us out. The increases are unreasonable!!! I would not recommend living here. The renovations are just average with vinyl wood floors that look cheap and trashy. The complex is a definite not!
