I've lived in this complex since June 2006. I moved here from another state for work, so it was a pretty big move for me. So far this complex has been a great place as far as location. The rent is a bit much considering the current state of the apartments... early 80's ya know. The apartments are being renovated and will cost about $150 more a month once all renovations are complete. This complex is NOT worth that kinda of money... because that will mean about $750 a month. The one thing that they forget to tell you when you sign papers and opt to move in is the fact that the buildings MAY or may NOT contain asbestos. Look for other places. Other than great location, this place is not worth it.
