AWFUL!!! Neighbors are rude, work is not done on time, things are stolen from right in front your apt., roaches, gates are always broken and nails will ruin your tires from all the work they are doing on property, parking is also a big issue. If you have a nice car make sure you have full coverage on it because it might not stay too long. Consider all your options before moving in.

I would disagree with some of this person's comments. Parking is only an issue at the very front of the complex. i have never had an issue with nails in tires or anything being stolen. the gates are broken quite a bit, but part of the renovation is supposed to include new gates. My big gripe with this complex is the noise level because of the construction and the new linoleum floors cause a lot more noise from upstairs neighbors... you can hear chihuahas walking... upstairs neighbor has one.
