Management is apathetic, neighbors are inconsiderate, problems are prevalent! Don't just walk away - RUN!
I can not wait for my lease to be up. I am so tired of the constant noise and clutter from construction, not to mention the downright RUDE construction workers.
The whole complex is difficult - speedbumps every three feet are a PAIN! It's late May and only one of the three pools are open.
The construction is so shoddy I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors take. I thought I was living beneath Sumo wrestlers, but when I finally met them they were normal-sized!
My neighbors keep "inventing" parking spaces (parking wherever they please regardless if it's an actual parking place) and blocking me and my other, rule-abiding neighbors in. There's a DART rail station that goes right by me - loud! It's a pain to get to, also! The exit street is a one-way, or you can traverse MORE speed bumps by driving to 75 via an abandoned, underground parking garage. Camden Glen Lakes may be the worst place I've ever lived.
