I just recently moved in about 4 months ago... every since I moved, everything has been great. I am not one to go online and write a review, but I am so blown away at how wonderful it is here, that I feel it is nessesary. My apartment is renovated and it is gorgeous, the office has had some change in staff (but the new manager seems vey nice- she is actually getting my work orders done and I feel like she cares),and every week the apartments throw a get to gether and I am getting starting to know all of my neighbors. This is an awsome place to live!! I recommend it to all my friends.

If this place is too cheap for you, then you obviously make less than 20k a year
