We had so many water problems, and it was disgusting. Maintenance took way too long to fix them too.

When we moved in, water would flow out of the wall whenever the showers were on. The dishwasher broke twice during our 3 month stay (and we didn't even use it), and it leaked everywhere. The toilet would always flush on its own for no reason. The dryer stopped working.

And the most DISGUSTING thing that happened. One day, sewage water came up the drain from our sink, and kept rising. We had to take it out in buckets the first day, and they would not send maintenance despite our calling multiple times and stopping by the office informing them that it was quite an imminent concern. Eventually, it stopped rising, but we had a sink full of sewage for almost 5 days before they finally called a plumber to fix it.

DO NOT LIVE THERE. And especially do not live on the first floor, unless you want someone else's sewage coming up your sink.
