The rent is over-rated...you pay for stuff you could do without. The walls are extremely thin so you hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing. If I were you I would knock on the doors of the current tenants, especially in the front around 5pm when there is absolutely no parking available! Ask them what they think especially those that live in front of the lake. (wake up please before you move...the lake is the best thing about this complex!) bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I am not a manager, I have been living at this complex for 2 years. I agree that the rent is overrated, but you will find it extremely difficult to find a cheaper apartment anywhere along 75 that is not in the ghetto, and it's an apartment... thin walls should be expected. You want privacy? Get a house.

Uhm... Tracey... with those grammar skills you got going on you would be much better off in the ghetto... I went to look at these apartments today and I was completely WOWED with Brandi Hunter the leasing agent.. she totally sold me on my apartment. I am going back Monday to pay my fees and lock my rent rate for November. The complex seemed very quiet and welcoming.. the apartment itself was nice and clean.. and the clubhouse overlooking the lake was gorgeous. I would be proud to call this place home.

rtorress...you should not be talking about anyones grammer skills!...."you" and "got"..side by side in any language...especially English...is not correct. I have to give it to Brandi she is the greatest! But she had to be desperate for rent to let you move in.
