This place has problems, roof leaks, swimming pools out of compliance. The property sits on a hill so my unit gets flooded frequently. The entire management staff are so fake..read your lease, the things they dont tell you will quickly become a problem. The property has a varmit problem. Oh sure, they did some remodeling. If you consider moving here be sure to ask about the rebuilt "brand new" boilers and the problems with hot and cold water. My neighbor 3 buildings over was robbed in the middle of the day.
